He has significant experience across strategy, governance, commercial, digital transformation and enterprise change management. Lindsey helps organisations enhance revenue, employee engagement and service delivery while lowering their risks and cost base. Lindsey has an MBA and is a Graduate of AICD

Neville is a leader with over 40 years of resources industry experience from Trade through to Executive Operations roles. Neville has worked across APAC’s major green and brown-field oil and gas projects. He has worked across the value chain from design, construction, start-up, and operational phases. Neville’s career has incorporated managing offshore and onshore operations, engineering, maintenance, commissioning, projects and HSE. He is a past Board President and Operator Co-Chair of Safer Together, and Chair of the Australian Centre for Energy and Process Training Advisory Board. Neville has a Certificate of Power Plant Technology, an MBA and is Graduate of AICD.

Margot is a strategic advisor who guides Boards, Senior Leaders and Human Capital and Technology teams through complex strategic shifts. She has held executive and senior leadership roles across commercial and for-purpose sectors and led the national consulting division of a global technology and engineering firm. Margot brings depth, clarity, and commercial acumen to every engagement. Her work spans strategy design and execution, governance, operating model design and leadership development. She enables organisations to navigate disruption, align purpose with performance, and ensure governance supports bold decisions and lasting impact. Margot has a PhD in Information Systems decision-making and teaches strategy at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Lindsay is an executive leader with over 25 years of experience across government and financial services. Lindsay has worked across major Australian and international financial institutions as well as state-backed public sector initiatives. He expertly guides Board and Executive to define and execute enterprise strategy, actively managing risk and management of change.

Lindsay’s career incorporates executive leadership roles including COO and Interim CEO at Keystart Home Loans, COO at CCIWA, and senior roles with Bankwest, National Australia Bank, and Herbert Smith Freehills. He serves on numerous boards across government, private, and non-profit sectors, including Spacecubed, Bethanie Housing, and CEDA. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance & Investment, an Executive MBA (Dux), and is a Graduate of the AICD.

Sean is one of WA’s leading experts in computer vision and language models. Sean leads our AI engineers. He has  honed his craft through years of groundbreaking research and real-world applications across commercial and industrial settings. Sean excels at dealing with state-of- the-art AI models and staying on top of the everchanging AI landscape. He identifies where the latest technology breakthroughs can deliver material value to your business. Sean has a degree in Applied Mathematics and AI research.

DATA SCIENCE LEAD

Parav is data strategist and AI practitioner with a strong foundation in data engineering, predictive analytics, and algorithm development.  He assists organisations to unlock the potential of their data by assessing readiness, mapping out business-relevant data strategies and designing scalable, secure pipelines. His expertise spans data transformation, enrichment, and modelling ensuring AI solutions are built on a rock-solid foundation. Parav has a degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Data Science (Predictive Analytics).

CHANGE ADOPTION LEAD

Lou is a Transformation Leader with over two decades of experience in HR and Change management across Commercial, Government, Family Office, and Not-for-profit sectors. As an Executive Advisor she is calm under pressure and clear in times of complexity, partnering with clients to guide their navigation of high-stakes, fast-changing environments. Lou leads organisation design, new technology, and ways of working. A strategic leader she ensures focus on value realisation and people adoption. Lou has a Masters in Business and is an Accredited Coach.

FULL STACK DEVELOPER

Samuel specialises in building full-stack applications that leverage your strategy, data and platforms. Samuel works across our technology domains leading the team to design, develop and deploy AI solutions. Samuel builds End-to-end development applications, encompassing both front end (user interface) and back-end server-side logic and database integration. Sam ensures client applications are secure with private cloud-based AI infrastructure and integrations with your data sources. Samuel received first class honours in his computer science degree.

FULL STACK DEVELOPER

Sam is a customer focussed Technologist bringing together Software Development, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security and AI. He provides our clients with commercial solutions that are high quality, secure and scalable.  Sam has worked across the full IT lifecycle, working as a consultant supporting NFP organisations right through to ASX50 organisations with their digital transformation projects. Sam has a Bachelor of Computer Science

Nick is an experienced transformation leader with a strong track record in strategy development and enterprise change. Nick has advised Fortune 500 organisations across industries and regions on large-scale digital and operating model transformation. Nick leverages human centred design and agile delivery methodology bringing a deep understanding of human behaviour to his work in strategy, culture, and change. Nick has a Masters in Organisation Psychology and is Graduate of AICD.

CHANGE ADOPTION LEAD

Charlotte is a change leader with 20+ years transformation experience. Charlotte guides organisations to navigate complex, high-stakes change from global IT transformations and cultural shifts to the emerging frontier of AI adoption. Charlotte brings deep cross-sector expertise spanning technology, mining and resources, publishing, and agribusiness. She introduced Lean Change methodology to Australia and New Zealand in 2015 and is the creator of the Conscious AI Adoption Blueprint, a framework that helps organisations build the readiness, governance, and leadership clarity needed to move from AI deployment to measurable AI value. Charlotte holds an MSc in Management Development and Training alongside postgraduate qualifications in IT.
