# AI Access

> AI Access is a Perth-based, national AI strategy, governance and custom development consultancy. We are strategy and value-led and technology-agnostic, guiding organisations from AI definition to deployment. We identify the highest-value AI opportunities, establish robust AI governance, and build and deploy secure custom AI in the heart of client operations.

AI Access (AI Access Pty Ltd) is founded and led by Managing Director Lindsey Hershman (MBA, GAICD). The firm delivers end-to-end services across AI strategy, AI governance, data strategy, custom AI development and AI adoption, backed by a national team spanning strategy, governance, service design, data science, software engineering, cyber, testing and change management. AI Access is a partner of Microsoft, AWS, Google, Anthropic and OpenAI.

Core thesis: AI value comes from embedding AI silently into core operational workflows ("silent AI") rather than point tools or agent sprawl, with governance and evidence as the missing layer for boards and regulators. Bringing strategy, technology and people together is the differentiator.
